How the estimate is written

  1. Review the originals

    Photos, sketches, and reports, as you uploaded them for the job.

  2. Build it room by room

    Each room is scoped from the job’s own documentation, not assumptions or generic scope.

  3. Flag what’s missing

    If a document is missing or needs fixing, you’ll see a note on the project.

Sending a job

Everything for a job stays in one place, so nothing gets lost in texts and email.

  1. Start a job

    Open the link or scan the QR code, then enter the basic project information, including the customer, the property, what happened, and the estimate type.

  2. Upload the documentation

    Upload the required documents for that estimate type. Photos can be uploaded individually or provided as a photo report from CompanyCam or another documentation platform.

  3. Send it to WriteNow

    Send it whenever you’re ready. Anything still missing is listed, and you can add it after you send.

  4. Get your estimate

    If anything needs attention, you’ll see a note on the project. Once complete, your finished estimate and supporting files will be available from the job page.
