Use this category for reconstruction involving interior repairs, multiple trades, or complex exterior damage. Submit the signed contract when available, complete sketch, supporting photos, and all applicable reports or documentation, including ITEL, engineering, plumbing, HVAC, environmental, or specialty trade reports.

Submit the signed agreement when available, inspection photos showing all slopes and elevations, the carrier estimate or scope when available, and digital measurement reports such as EagleView or Hover if available. Include ITEL or other material-identification documentation when applicable. Projects involving interior repairs or multiple trades should be submitted as a rebuild.
Signed contract when available, mold assessment or remediation protocol, production photos, and sketch or measurements. Include containment, equipment, and clearance documentation when applicable.
